CraftBoat empowers women through their work and has trained many women to finish and quality check each product. Some of these artisans have gone on to leadership roles and training teams of artisans. These women artisans grow in confidence and become essential financial pillars for their families.

In their effort to fight discrimination CraftBoat strives to create an environment where artisans feel safe, enjoy their work, and support each other. Each one is considered equal and provided with opportunities and an environment that is also disability-friendly.
