The new formula eliminates magnesium stearate (and any chance of palm oil) and introduces Illite and Bentonite clays, known for their antibacterial and detoxifying properties. Also added is nano-Hydroxyapatite (nHA), a clinically supported mineral that helps strengthen enamel, remineralize teeth, and protect against cavities.

How to Use
Crunch
Place one tablet in your mouth and gently crunch to break it down.
Brush
Brush with a wet toothbrush as usual. The tablet will foam just like traditional toothpaste. Do not swallow.
Rinse
Rinse thoroughly and enjoy a clean, fresh smile. Use after meals or at least twice daily, or as directed by a dental professional.
Chew the toothpaste tablet.
Wet your toothbrush.
Brush as normal.

These are great, I was happy to find tablets with fluoride, as many tablets don’t have that. They’re not sweet, which took a minute to get used to, but they leave me with clean feeling teeth and breath.
